App support

Need a hand with your journal? Email sip@laprearenaereserve.com.

Include your device model, app version, what you were trying to do, and any error message. If sharing a screenshot, hide private details. Never send passwords or verification codes.

Getting the app

The 35-page iPhone journal is currently in testing. It is not yet available for public App Store download. Android release details will be announced separately.

Signing in

Use the email and password you created for your Wine Journal account. If needed, select “Forgot your password?” on the sign-in screen. If you receive a message about too many emails, wait before requesting another message.

To sign out, open Discover and find My profile. If an email confirmation opens an older web journal, return to the current iPhone app and try signing in. Contact support if you are still unable to access your account.

Reading a label

Choose a clear, well-lit front-label photo, then tap “Read my label.” You can add the back label for additional details. An internet connection and signed-in account are needed. Review the suggested information before saving; you can enter or correct details yourself.

Adding a saved wine to My Cellar

Open a saved wine in your journal and choose “Add to My Cellar.” Its existing photo and bottle details can be reused, so you do not need another photo.

Account and privacy help

For account deletion or privacy requests, email us from your account email address with the subject “Wine Journal Privacy Request.” See our privacy notice for more information.

Purchases

Store purchasing is not active in the current test version. If a test purchase or export screen is confusing, contact us before attempting a payment.
